- Evaluate a questionnaire to uncover your likes and dislikes
- Prepare a detailed menu and e-mail to you for approval
- Set a date for preparing meals in your home
- Grocery shop focusing on only the freshest ingredients available
- Visit your home, prepare and package self serve meals
- Label your meal selections with detailed heating instructions
- Clean and sanitize your cooking surfaces and equipment
- Leave you with a delicious memory and a fragrant kitchen!
My pledge is to dependably arrange your meals in the refrigerator so that you may choose what you would most like to dine on over the next 3 to 4 days and what you might prefer to freeze for later. All meals will be packaged in a manner suitable for freezing with complete heating instructions.
